Delivery Times
Standard delivery for personalised engraving/printing is normally within 10 working days unless stated otherwise on the product details.
Stock items are normally delivered within 3 - 5 working days unless they are part of an order with personalised engraving/printing.
* Delivery for orders outside of the UK will take longer and will depend on local postal practices in your country. Please add this to the indicated time shown for your purchased products to give an overall expected delivery time.
**If your order exceeds certain weight and or size criteria we may need to apply a further charge to cover multiple consignments. However, we will contact you before doing this.
All delivery times quoted are in working days.
Order Acknowledgement and Despatch Confirmation
Your Order will automatically be acknowledged by an Email Order Acknowledgment and Order Number.
On dispatch you will be sent an Order Despatch E-mail. This contains important ‘activation’ details and on receipt of the Despatch e-mail you will be able to activate your account and create your personal ID profile.
