Custom printed in club or team colours. Card fits into purse or wallet and snap off emergency ID tag can be attached to keys, bags, clothing or kit. Card records up to 12 lines of personalised information providing room for multiple emergency contacts, medical information and personal details
Your ID card printing can include:
- Member information - for example name, DOB, membership number
- Emergency Contacts - up to 4 separate contact numbers
- Every ID includes Additional Emergency/Medical Information - up to 4 separate entries
Key tag incorporates 4 lines of information from the card.
Every ID includes an ID carrier alert sticker, mobile ICE ID screen and can be linked to new or existing online profile
The online ID profile is great for adding extra information and can be changed whenever details change.
