    The Medical Alert and Emergency ID Card for purse or wallet is made in durable PVC and available in a choice of 5 colours and can include:

    • Choice of Medical, Allergy or Contact ‵Function Labels′
    • Emergency Contacts - 6 separate contact numbers
    • Additional Emergency/Medical Information - up to 14 separate lines
    • Personal details eg name, year or date of birth, nationality

    Provides immediate access to your key information printed onto your personalised card with the additional benefit that you add extra detail to the online ID medical profile and update whenever details change. Each iD is also printed with the online ID profile web address, QR Code and PIN to access extra information and documents.
